Article 1 - PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Use or GGU provide a legal framework for the use of the services of the Caevita.com website.
The provider invites users to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "T&Cs"). Placing an Order implies acceptance of the T&Cs. It is up to the user to take this into account before purchasing. The photographs or graphics presented on the Website are not contractual.

These T&Cs govern the conditions of use of the website through which the supplier offers its Products for sale to its Consumer Customers.
