What is the return policy?

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your package via our Returns and Exchanges Form.

We accept returns for an exchange as well as a full refund including the goods and the initial delivery costs.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the latter has a period of 14 days following receipt of his order for us to return (postmarked date).

Before returning your items, please meet these conditions:

Products must not have been worn, damaged, soiled or washed and should be folded and wrapped.

Items must be in their original packaging, with tags and sanitary protection intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. Therefore, we invite you to carefully check the items before returning.

What is the repayment period?

Upon receipt of the goods and after confirmation of the condition of the product(s), refunds for items are made within 10 working days!

I want to make an exchange

Before sending us your order, please contact us and tell us what you would like to exchange via our returns and exchanges form.

To exchange a product, please print and complete the exchange slip, include it in your package and return your order to the following address:

Can I return a sale item?

All items marked as last sale or with a discount code greater than 15% cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

We understand that shopping for Last Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact our customer service team and check out our size guide before placing your order.

Which carrier should I choose to return my package?

You can choose the carrier of your choice.However, the package must arrive directly at our premises and not at a Relay Point, in which case your return unfortunately cannot be processed. In addition, we will not be able to accept your package if the carrier asks us for payment against delivery.


We advise you to keep a proof of deposit provided by your carrier. In the absence of this, no refund can be made if there is a loss of the package.

What should I do if my item is defective?

We are committed to maximum quality control at CAEVITA.

However, if you notice a lack of conformity on an item (stain, tear, absence of label, etc.) when opening your package, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible by email at following email address: swimwear@caevita.com, attaching photos of the product and its defect, our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

In this case, we will bear the full cost of returning it.
