Shipping and Delivery
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer home delivery with Colissimo in the European Union, Switzerland, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and Central America.
Your order leaves our warehouse within 48h hours, delivery times are 2 to 4 working days for France and Monaco, 2 to 8 working days for Switzerland and Belgium, 5 to 9 working days for America and 10 to 20 working days for French overseas departments and territories.
My package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, what should I do?
Sometimes delays may occur which are beyond CAEVITA's control and for which we are not responsible. If you have a delayed package, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number, they will have the most up to date information.
My package is lost, what should I do?

Duties and Taxes
All our packages are sent from France, so there will be no customs fees for all countries that are part of the European Union.
As for other countries, customs fees and/or VAT may apply. Customs fees are due to the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
CAEVITA is not responsible for customs fees or local taxes due to international shipping. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations, as payment of these duties may be required to complete your order.
If I refuse my package on arrival, what will be the procedure?
In the event that the package is unclaimed or is rejected/refused by the recipient for any reason, the carrier concerned will return this package to CAEVITA.
Therefore, a fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

What is the return policy?
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your package with your order number.
We accept returns for an exchange as well as for a full refund including the goods and the initial delivery costs.

Which carrier to choose?

Our fabric is made of a micro-perforated mesh composed of a special polyester and lycra yarn. The combination of yarn and mesh increases the passage of sunlight compared to conventional beachwear, minimizing the usual white tanning marks.
